A Google Drive Folder Structure With Four Labelled Subfolders Is Created Automatically. A Branded Welcome Email With The Document Checklist Is Sent Within 60 Seconds Of The Original Inquiry.
No Human Touches This Process. Not Even To Check It. It Just Runs.

Workflow 2 — Daily Reminder System

Every Morning At 9AM, The System Scans All Open Client Records. Clients Who Submitted An Inquiry 1, 3, Or 5 Days Ago And Haven't Completed Their Document Upload Receive A Personalized, Dynamically Written Reminder. The Tone Escalates: Friendly On Day 1, Direct On Day 3, Urgent On Day 5. On Day 5, Raghav Receives A Personal Telegram Alert With The Client's Full Details So He Can Intervene Directly If Needed.

The Previous Drop-Off Rate During Onboarding Was Approximately 30%. Within The First 60 Days Of The System Running, It Dropped To Under 8%.

Workflow 3 — Document Collection & Completion Detection
