Groq's Llama 3.3 70b Model Extracts Client Details In Under 3 Seconds. A Unique Client Id Is Generated (CLT-YYMM-XXXX Format). A Google Drive Folder Structure With Four Labelled Subfolders Is Created Automatically. A Branded Welcome Email With The Document Checklist Is Sent Within 60 Seconds Of The Original Inquiry.

Every Morning At 9AM, The System Scans All Open Client Records. The Tone Escalates: Friendly On Day 1, Direct On Day 3, Urgent On Day 5. On Day 5, Raghav Receives A Personal Telegram Alert With The Client's Full Details So He Can Intervene Directly If Needed.
